Wendy Mason and Earnest Merritt formed the Dear Hancock Paper Goods Company as a way to combine their love for painting, drawing and paper goods. All Dear Hancock paper goods are printed in the USA on recyclable, FSC approved, green-e certified fluffy soft white paper stock. The 100% recycled kraft envelopes come from a hydro-electric paper mill and all Dear Hancock paper goods are printed locally in New Hampshire. Dear Hancock is run and operated out of a big red 18th century renovated barn in beautiful New England.
- Please allow 2-4 days for your order to ship. You will receive a confirmation email once your goodies have shipped.
- Orders are shipped using USPS and you will be provided with a tracking number for your order. Once your package has been shipped we are not liable if you do not receive your package on the delivery date that USPS has specified.
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking shows that your package has been delivered and you have not received it you may file a claim with USPS. https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm
- If an order comes back to us because it was undeliverable and you would like it to be sent back to you, you will be responsible for shipping charges.
- Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of your order date.
- For defective claims you must contact us within 3 days of delivery date.
- Refunds will be issued only for the cost of the items being returned and will be issued in the original form of payment. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Please allow up to 2 weeks from the day your return is received for your account to be credited. It can take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your statement depending on your bank
- NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON SALE ITEMS. NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON HOLIDAY ITEMS after a holiday has passed.

- Refunds are processed within 5 days of receiving the return.
- The original tags MUST be attached to each and every item being returned.
- The returned items cannot be washed or worn and must be in NEW condition & odorless. Free from smoke and perfumes.
- We reserve the right to refuse a return that does not meet our return policy. Unacceptable returns will be returned to the customer at their own expense.
- We are not responsible for return shipping or lost shipments. We recommend keeping shipping receipts for your records.
- We cannot provide exchanges or holds due to limited inventory. If an exchange is needed we encourage the customer to place a new order for the item(s) needed and return the other item(s).
